రైతు భరోసా కేంద్రం (RBK) అంటే గ్రామ సచివాలయంతో పాటే ఉండే వ్యవసాయ సేవా కేంద్రం. 2020 మేలో మొదలుపెట్టారు. అనంతపురం జిల్లాలో దాదాపు వెయ్యి RBKలు ఉన్నాయి — రాష్ట్రంలోనే అతి పెద్ద నెట్వర్క్లలో ఒకటి. ప్రతి కేంద్రంలో ఒక వ్యవసాయ సహాయకుడు, ఇంటర్నెట్ కియోస్క్, చిన్న గిడ్డంగి, ధరలు చూపే తెర ఉంటాయి.
ప్రతి సీజన్లో, ప్రతి పొలానికీ e-Crop నమోదు ఒకసారి చేయించుకోవాలి. ఇది చేయకపోతే — పంట బీమా క్లెయిమ్, కరువు సాయం, MSP కొనుగోలు అర్హత, ఏదీ రాదు. ఒక్క పథకం మిస్ కావడం కాదు, అన్నీ దీని మీదే ఆధారపడి ఉంటాయి. పంట వేసిన వెంటనే RBKకు వెళ్లి నమోదు చేయించుకోండి.
ఆ గ్రామానికి చెందిన ఏ సాగుదారుడైనా వెళ్లవచ్చు — సొంత భూమి ఉన్నవారు, కౌలు రైతులు (CCRC కార్డు ఉంటే), ఇంటి భూమి రికార్డులో ఉన్న కుటుంబ సభ్యులు. ఆధార్, భూమి రికార్డు తీసుకెళ్లండి. సలహా, ఫిర్యాదు కోసం ప్రత్యేక అర్హత ఏమీ అవసరం లేదు — పథకాల ప్రయోజనాలకు మాత్రం ఆయా నిబంధనలు వర్తిస్తాయి.
పథకాల మొత్తాలు, అర్హత నిబంధనలు ఏటా మారుతుంటాయి. ఇక్కడ ఉద్దేశపూర్వకంగా ఏ మొత్తమూ రాయలేదు — మీ RBKలో ఈ సీజన్కు ఏం వర్తిస్తుందో అడిగి తెలుసుకోవడమే సరైనది.
A Rythu Bharosa Kendra is the village-level agriculture service point, co-located with the Village Secretariat and launched in May 2020. Anantapur has roughly a thousand of them, one of the largest networks in the state. Each has an agriculture assistant, an internet kiosk, a small input store and a price display.
e-Crop registration is taken once per season, per plot — and everything downstream hangs off it: insurance claims, drought relief, MSP procurement eligibility. Miss it and you are not just outside one scheme, you are outside all of them. Register as soon as you have sown.
Any cultivator mapped to that village can go — landowners, tenant farmers holding a Crop Cultivator Rights Card, and family members on the household land record. Carry Aadhaar and the land record. Advisory and grievance services need no special eligibility; scheme benefits have their own conditions.
Scheme amounts and eligibility rules are re-notified and do change. No figures are quoted here on purpose — ask your RBK what applies this season rather than acting on a number that may be a year old.
