పంటకు నీరు చుక్క చుక్కగా ఇచ్చే డ్రిప్, స్ప్రింక్లర్ పద్ధతులపై కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సబ్సిడీ ఇస్తుంది. ఈ పథకం పేరు Per Drop More Crop — ఇది PMKSY (ప్రధాన మంత్రి కృషి సించాయీ యోజన)లో భాగం. PMKSY 1 జులై 2015న ప్రారంభమైంది. సబ్సిడీ రాష్ట్ర వ్యవసాయ లేదా ఉద్యానవన శాఖ ద్వారా, DBT రూపంలో నేరుగా మీ బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాలోకి వస్తుంది.

ఖర్చు ప్రామాణికాలు (యూనిట్ కాస్ట్) పథకం మార్గదర్శకాల్లో పంట, మొక్కల మధ్య దూరం ప్రకారం నిర్ణయిస్తారు — సబ్సిడీ శాతం ఈ ఖర్చుపైనే లెక్క. తోటల పంటల ప్రాజెక్ట్లకు ఈ పథకాన్ని తరచుగా MIDH పథకంతో కలిపి వాడతారు.
ఎవరు అర్హులు
- జనరల్, రిజర్వ్డ్ కేటగిరీలోని వ్యక్తిగత రైతులు అందరూ దరఖాస్తు చేయవచ్చు.
- భూమి యాజమాన్యం లేదా కౌలుకు ఆధారం చూపాలి.
- ఒక పథకం సైకిల్లో ఒక రైతుకు 5 హెక్టార్ల వరకే ప్రయోజనం.
- పరికరాలు సరఫరా చేసే దుకాణం ముందుగా పథకంలో ప్యానెల్ అయి ఉండాలి.
- దరఖాస్తు రాష్ట్ర పోర్టల్ ద్వారానే చేయాలి.
డబ్బు ఎలా, ఎప్పుడు వస్తుంది
- రిజిస్ట్రేషన్, ఆమోదం, తనిఖీ — ఇవన్నీ రాష్ట్ర వ్యవసాయ లేదా ఉద్యానవన శాఖ చూస్తుంది.
- ప్యానెల్ తయారీదారు BIS-సర్టిఫైడ్ పరికరాలు అమర్చి, పని పూర్తయిందని సర్టిఫికెట్ ఇస్తారు.
- అమర్చినది ధృవీకరించిన తర్వాతే సబ్సిడీ DBT ద్వారా మీ బ్యాంక్ ఖాతాలో వస్తుంది.
PMKSY drip subsidy: 55% for small farmers, 45% for others
Per Drop More Crop (PDMC) is the micro-irrigation component of the central PMKSY scheme, launched on 1 July 2015. It subsidises drip and sprinkler systems, and the subsidy is paid by Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) into your bank account through the state agriculture or horticulture department.

Your share is what remains of the total cost after the subsidy (100% minus the subsidy rate).

Unit costs are fixed in the scheme guidelines by crop and plant spacing — the subsidy percentage applies to that cost. For orchard projects, PDMC is often combined with the MIDH scheme.
Who is eligible
- Individual farmers in general and reserved categories can all apply.
- You must show proof of land ownership or tenancy.
- The benefit covers up to 5 hectares per farmer in a scheme cycle.
- The equipment supplier must already be empanelled under the scheme.
- Applications go through the state portal.
How and when the money reaches you
- Registration, sanction and inspection are all run by the state agriculture or horticulture department.
- The empanelled manufacturer installs BIS-certified components and submits a completion certificate.
- Only after the installation is confirmed is the subsidy released by DBT into your bank account.
